What is Whole Food Eating?

The whole concept of whole food or real food eating is this... You want things as close to their natural state as possible. Why? Because your body knows what to do with foods that are natural. It can easily digest them and use the nutrients for energy. If the product you are looking at has added more protein - whey protein isolate or other powdered proteins (these are found in a lot of "keto" products); or if the product has had the fat removed (fat-free or low fat items); or if they have removed the salt (low sodium items) this one is tricky because they make you think you are actually get...

How to Take Release

Release should only be taken with food, you can take it anytime either at the beginning, during or after your meal. You should never take Release on an empty stomach – doing so could cause low blood sugar. We have noticed some members mentioning taking it before the meal, the reason we don’t suggest doing this is because we don’t want you to take it and get distracted and not eat right way; but if you take it as you are beginning your meal then you are good!Release is also effective up to 20 minutes after (if you forget to take it while you are eating). If you take it after that 20-minute p...

What can we say about Amber? She may be one of the most inspiring GOLO journeys we have ever witnessed. In an effort to help others, she revealed the many struggles –– both physical and mental –– she experienced due to her weight. Throughout her journey[DL1] , her humble and consistent attitude has transformed her into a role model for anyone trying to lose weight and fight depression, all at the same time. Last year, she wrote a lengthy blog post about how vulnerable she felt before losing weight with GOLO. Amber is a great example as to why Non-Scale Victories (NSV) are essential. We...
