Watermelon-bucha Cooler

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup diced watermelon
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 1 Tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1 cup kombucha
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water
  • 1 lime round

 

Instructions:

  1. Blend the watermelon, mint, and lime juice until combined.
  2. Pour over ice, top with kombucha and sparkling water, and gently stir to mix. Garnish with lime round and mint leaf.

Sparkling Lemon Mocktail

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice from ½ a lemon
  • 2 lemon rounds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 6 mint leaves
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • ½ cup sparkling water

 

Instructions:

  1. In a glass, muddle lemon juice, mint leaves, and honey.
  2. Add ice and pour the coconut and sparkling water on top.
  3. Gently stir and garnish with a lemon round and mint leaf.
