How It Works
Using our Coloring Calendar is easy and fun. Each month, write in a goal you would like to achieve and color in the numbers for the days you accomplished your goal. As your weight loss journey evolves, so will your monthly goals. Perhaps your current goal is to eat breakfast every day. Next month, your goal may be to exercise a little more. Simply choose a new goal each month and hopefully by month’s end your sheet is full of beautiful color!
