New Year, New Goals, New You - Health Goal Calendar

New Year, New Goals, New You - Health Goal Calendar

This is the time of year when we all start off with new goals. Unfortunately for many, these plans may fall by the wayside within a few weeks. GOLO wants to help you do it differently this year! and that's why we created our Interactive Health Goal Coloring Calendar . It's a fun and easy way to help you achieve your goals even as they change throughout the year. We hope that it also helps you to stay motivated even when that "new year" feeling starts to fade.

How It Works

Using our Coloring Calendar is easy and fun. Each month, choose a goal you would like to achieve and then simply color the days you accomplished it. As your weight loss journey evolves, so will your monthly goals. Perhaps your current goal is to eat breakfast every day. Next month, your goal may be to exercise a little more. Simply choose a new goal each month (or keep the same one if that works for you) and hopefully by month’s end your sheet is full of beautiful color!

Why should you write your goals down?

According to a Harvard Business Study – people who write down their goal are THREE times more likely to meet it than those who just plan but don't put it in writing!

What seeing your goal does for you.

Motivation: Our calendar doesn’t just have your goal written on it you must fill in every day you succeed with your set goal. This is going to hold you accountable and increase your motivation to achieve said goal.

Reinforce/Desire: Seeing your goal written down is going to make you act. Say your calendar is on your refrigerator, it is going to be one of the first things you see in the morning. It will make you remember why you want to accomplish your goal.

Progress: This is what everyone wants to see! With the calendar, you must color in every day you have accomplished your goal, what better way to see progress than looking directly at the calendar and noting you completed your goal that day! Tracking is crucial, you want to see how far you’ve come and it will help hold you accountable to continue accomplishing the goal.

Commitment is key, and our Interactive Health Goal Color Calendar is going to help you stay committed, motivated, and excited on your new journey to a healthy lifestyle.

What's in it for you?

Well, if achieving your goals isn't enough, we have decided to do a giveaway each month in our GOLO Member Facebook Group for our members who post their calendars. Stay tuned for our giveaway posts to have a chance to win!

Click here on this PDF download link to access our Coloring Calendar to print; make sure to keep it handy so you see it every day. You may even want to put it up on your refrigerator, so you see it multiple times per day. The front page of the Coloring Calendar provides you with monthly health goal ideas to get you started. However, feel free to choose your own goals based on where you are in your weight loss journey. Remember, losing weight and getting healthy is a marathon, not a sprint. Always set realistic goals for yourself and never forget your motivation for why you need to lose weight. You can do this!

“I believe that the best way to reach your goals is to proclaim them out loud! Tell a friend, a coworker, or even just yourself. This calendar is a great way to remind yourself every day of the goals you are trying to achieve. Besides, it’s fun!”—Eden Covington, Director of Customer Service, GOLO
