Ingredients:
- 4 Cups Beets, peeled and cut into rounds
- 4 Cups Carrots, cut into strips
- 4 tsp Butter, melted
- 2 tsp Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp Turmeric
- Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees and cover a baking sheet with tin foil or parchment paper.
- Put all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss to thoroughly coat the vegetables.
- Lay the vegetables on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Remove to toss the vegetables around and place back in the oven for another 15 minutes.
