My doctors are ecstatic
Finally, a way of eating that is not depriving and provides me with sustainable weight loss! I have tried every weight loss program out there. GOLO is so simple to follow and teaches me the proper way to eat. I’m never hungry because I am eating properly. I do not have cravings or ever feel the need to eat more than 3 meals a day. I have been following the GOLO plan and taking Release for a year and have lost 70 lbs. to date. The NSV (Non-Scale-Victories) are better than the number of pounds lost! I have gone down four pant sizes and for the first time in forever, I am wearing a size that I haven't worn since I was a young woman in my twenties. I am now sixty-five. I am sleeping so much better. I rarely wake up at night now. My doctors are ecstatic with my progress and 100% behind my new way of eating. The doctors, especially my cardiologist, are incredibly happy with all my labs and vitals. This way of wholesome eating has kept me from having to start diabetic medications and together we are working on phasing out blood pressure medications that I have been on for years. My inflammation is way down which has also allowed me to use less medication for pain management. I can do more activity without feeling pain for days. The GOLO staff and other members are so supportive. They are always there to answer any questions. There are wonderful, delicious recipes available on their website, but at no time does this lifestyle require you to use them. If I have a recipe that I have used for years, I can send it to GOLO and they will help me revamp it into a much healthier version, proper serving size, all without sacrificing taste. They truly are there to help me succeed in every way! GOLO has changed my life!

When GOLO first was advertised some 4-5 years ago, I ordered it. But, I thought it was just like the other capsules for quick weight loss that I had purchased over the years. Well, I WAS WRONG. GOLO is not an appetite suppressant or a magic pill. It is a supplement to healthy eating. The Release capsules do exactly what the material advertises. The 2-1-2-1 plan for eating is easily followed and there are tons of ideas, recipes, and encouragement on the Facebook pages. Individuals send in questions with pictures of things they have made, and they get encouraging answers from the GOLO officials as well as responses from so many Facebook members. It's interesting to read and truthfully, I don't cook. One plan that really got my attention is the plan for people who DON'T COOK. All of a sudden, I was a real person to GOLO. Then, I found the GOLO foods. I ordered some and enjoyed them quite a bit. Hmmmm, another point of excellence for GOLO. Just recently I ordered a bunch of dinners and in the box was a free bottle of Coconut Aminos. This is so typical of GOLO. They send their new products out for free so that we may try before purchase. Who does this? GOLO DOES. Now, I put Coconut Aminos on the GOLO dinners and the flavor is enhanced! Love it. And, shipping has always been free. I don't work for GOLO, but GOLO works with me not only to lose weight, but to get back to where I am comfortable once I mess up. Just wanted to say thanks to GOLO for wonderful customer service, delicious dinners, excellent products and an encouraging community of Facebook members.

I started my husband on GOLO because his doctor was upset with him because his A1C was 12. The doctor told my husband he needed to lose weight. He wanted my husband to go on an intermittent diet. I knew my husband was unable to do that so I had heard the ads for GOLO on television and decided to give it a try. I decided to follow this diet as well because I wanted to lose 10 to20 lbs. I ordered the Release pills and received all the helpful information you send with them. This was a great help for meal planning. We have been on GOLO for at least 4 months. My husband lost over 10 lbs. the best part for him is that his A1C dropped to about 6! His doctor was thrilled with this and even halved his insulin shots and his metformin. I lost 10 lbs. and have kept it off. We find that the pills help with the cravings for sweet and salty foods. I showed the doctor the bottle of the pills. His comment was that it had micronutrients and that it was fine for him to take. One other important thing I learned is to eat more vegetables, to order salad and protein style burgers and sandwiches, to eat more whole grains and to limit sweets. We also make a point of walking for at least 30 minutes 4 to 5 times a week.

I actually have eaten more on GOLO than I ever did in the past. You actually get more food than I could eat at each meal. My weight loss was about 4 to 6 pounds a month and I have lost 6 1/2 inches in my waist. I love this program and I know that I will be on this program the rest of my life. It has made such a difference in me and everything that I do. When I see the commercials on TV and hear all the stories from others that have lost weight with GOLO, I know that their testimonies are true. I have never had a weight loss program that has worked as well for me in my life as GOLO. I am so glad I found GOLO. It’s made such a huge difference in the world!!!!

I haven’t slept well in years and now I take the Rest and GO one hour before I’m ready to go to bed and I pretty much go straight to sleep, immediately. I do still wake up to use the bathroom, but I go right back to sleep now, whereas before I had a very difficult time going back to sleep after waking up. I also used to toss and turn for hours it seemed before I ever went to sleep at all. I will use this product forever if it’s available.

I loooove it!
I have PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) with insulin resistance. I have had sleeping problems with insomnia for the past 35 years. Rest and Go works better for me the prescription sleeping pills. I fall asleep sooner, when I wake up during the night to go to the bathroom I fall back asleep right away rather than being wide awake for hours.

It worked right off the bat for me
I just follow the directions on the bottle and within an hour. I am very relaxed and ready for sleep. I sleep well through the entire night, except maybe up once for a bathroom break, but then again being an older woman at age 70 sometimes not even then. Thank you GOLO.

I feel more rested
I've been taking it for about 6 months. I love it. I feel more rested in the morning. Which I always felt drained cause I don't get enough sleep. On the more private side it helps me with elimination even morning. It works for me.

I don't wake up groggy
I've been using it for about three months and love it! I don't wake up groggy and feel like it helps the go. I like it so much I've been buying Release, Digest, and Rest bundle!

Sorry TMI
I just want to say how fantastic the new GOLO product REST AND GO is!! I know a lot of people say they slept better with the Release, or their bowel issues were better with Go Digest but I had no such luck with either product. Of course, I continue to take the Release for all the other good reasons. But with REST and GO, I sleep SO much better and it has totally solved my constipation issues (sorry TMI but wanted someone who may have the same issues to know that this really works) THANKS GOLO!!!
