Ingredients:
- 12 oz tuna fish (canned in water)
- 2 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp Old Bay
- 1 egg
- lemon juice (half a lemon)
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 2 tsp parsley (dried or fresh)
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
- In a medium sized bowl, mix eggs, yogurt, mustard, Old Bay, hot sauce, parsley and squeezed lemon juice together. Mix well.
- Add drained tuna fish. Mix together.
- Add bread crumbs, mix well.
- Form 4, 3 oz patties.
- Get saute pan hot, place olive oil in pan and cook patties. To bake: Place patties on a greased pan and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
