Ingredients:- 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup mango, sliced
- 1/4 cup banana, sliced
- 3 Tbsp chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
- 3 Tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- Add the oatmeal, coconut milk and water into a pot over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to simmer until oats are soft, about 15 minutes.
- When the oatmeal is ready, pour into a serving dish and top with mango, bananas, chia seeds, sunflower seeds and shredded coconut.
- Optional, drizzle 1 tsp of honey on top.
