Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup black or brown rice, cooked
- 6 oz flank steak, cooked and sliced
- 1/2 cup cucumbers, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 tsp butter
- 2 Tbsp tamari dressing (recipe below)
- Toss rice in 1/2 tsp of butter to moisten.
- Assemble your bowl by adding the rice, cucumbers, romaine and steak in a bowl.
- Top with tamari dressing and toss to coat evenly.
Tamari Dressing:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup tamari Sauce
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp - 1 1/2 tsp chili Powder (according to your desired spiciness)
- Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl and then store in an airtight container. Can be kept in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
