Ingredients:
- 4 Cups Cauliflower Florets
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp Sriracha
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- ½ Tbsp Tamari or Soy Sauce
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- Preheat Oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until Cauliflower is well coated.
- Pour Cauliflower onto baking sheet. Be sure that Cauliflower is not over crowded or it will steam while cooking. You may have to cook it in 2 batches.
- Bake for 30 minutes until the Cauliflower is tender.
- Serve and enjoy!!
