Ingredients:
- 12 oz Chicken Breast
- 2 Cups Baby Potato, cut into 2-inch chunks
- 2 Cups Onion, cut into 2-inch chunks
- 2 Cups Carrots, sliced
- 1 Cup Mushrooms, chopped
- 1 Cup Celery, chopped
- 2 Cups Tomatoes, diced
- 5 Cups Chicken Broth
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- ½ tsp Italian Seasoning
- ¼ tsp Sea Salt, to taste
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper, to taste
- 4 tsp Butter
- Add the Chicken to the slow cooker, then the Potatoes, Onions, Carrots, Mushrooms, Celery and Tomatoes.
- Add seasonings and Butter over the top and then add the Chicken Broth.
- The Chicken should be covered in liquid (if necessary, add Water or Broth until it is covered).
- Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
- Divide into 4 equal servings and enjoy!
