Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 6 oz Beef Sirloin
- 2 Cups Mushrooms, sliced
- ¼ Cup Beef Broth
- 1 (8oz) can Tomato Sauce
- Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
- ¼ Cup Red Wine
- Cut beef into cubes. In a large skillet over medium/heat heat, heat the olive oil and brown the beef cubes with the garlic.
- Add mushrooms, tomato sauce, salt, pepper. Deglaze pan with red wine and then add beef broth. Cook for about 30 minutes or until beef cubes are tender.
- Add a little more beef broth while cooking, if desired.
