Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Fennel Bulb, thinly sliced
- 2 Cups Green Beans
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 Tsp Garlic Salt
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- In a medium sized pot bring water to a boil and add in green beans with salt.
- Boil for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
- In a skillet, over medium heat, add olive oil and fennel. Cook for about 3-5 minutes.
- Add green beans and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for an additional minute. Serve with garlic salt.
