Ingredients
- 2 (3oz) Tenderloin Steaks
- 4 oz Mozzarella Cheese, sliced into 2 pieces
- 1 Roma Tomato, sliced into 4 slices
- 4 Fresh Basil Leaves
- Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
- Drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar
- Heat grill to medium-high heat. Season Steaks with Salt and Pepper and place on grill. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
- You have two options now:
- Cook Steaks to desired doneness and remove. Top with 2 slices of Tomato, 2 Basil Leaves and 1 slice of Mozzarella Cheese and serve as is.
- Reduce the heat to low, top with 2 slices Tomato, 2 Basil Leaves and 1 Slice of Mozzarella Cheese, cover and grill for 3-5 minutes or until desired doneness.
- When Steaks are done, let them rest for 5 minutes and then drizzle with Balsamic Vinegar before serving.
