Ingredients:
- 12 oz chicken, cooked & diced or shredded
- ½ cup walnuts, chopped
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup green apples, diced
- 1 cup red grapes, quartered
- ½ cup red onion, chopped
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- Put all the ingredients in a large bowl, mix until well combined.
- Divide into 3 equal servings.
