Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Chicken Breast, cut into bite sized pieces
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon
- Sea Salt
- 1 Clove garlic, finely diced
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Ginger, finely diced
- 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
- Skewers
Directions:
- Place Chicken in a bowl and cover with Olive Oil. Toss to coat.
- Squeeze Lemon over the Chicken and add Garlic. Stir to combine. Cover and place in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Place Honey, Soy Sauce and Ginger in a small pan over low heat.
- Meanwhile, thread Chicken onto skewers (if using wooden skewers, make sure you pre-soak them to prevent burning).
- Transfer skewers to a hot grill (or grill pan) and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes. Flip and lightly brush Chicken with the Sauce. Cook until done.
- Transfer to a serving platter and pour remaining sauce over the skewers and serve immediately.
