Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 ½ Cups Onion, chopped
- 1 14.5oz Can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 15oz Can Pumpkin
- 1 15oz Can Chili Beans
- 1 15oz Can Black Beans
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 ½ Tbsp Chili Powder
- In a large skillet heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook ground turkey and chopped onions until no longer pink. Drain and discard any fat.
- Transfer cooked turkey and onions to the slow cooker and add in all remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low heat for 3 hours.
