Ingredients:
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 2 tsp capers, drained
- ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- sea salt to taste
- 12 oz lump crabmeat, drained
- 1/3 cup red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1/3 cup cucumber, seeded and finely diced
- 1/3 cup green onion
- 3 cups mixed greens
- In a medium bowl combine Greek yogurt, Old Bay, capers, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard and salt. Gently add crab meat until evenly coated and then add red bell pepper, cucumber and green onion.
- Serve over mixed greens.
