Ingredients:
- 2 tsp Garlic, minced
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Parsley Flakes
- Juice from 1 whole Lemon
- 12 oz Chicken Breast - cut into four 3 oz. pieces
- Place all ingredients in the crock pot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours (or high for 4-6 hours).
