Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Ground Bison
- 2 ½ Cups Pineapples, chunks
- 2 Cups Green Peppers, deseeded and chopped
- 1 Chili Pepper, deseeded and diced
- 1 Cup Zucchini, diced
- 1 (14.5oz) can Diced Tomatoes
- 2 (6oz) cans Tomato Paste
- 4 Tbsp Cumin
- 1 Tbsp Oregano
- Chili Powder to taste
- Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
- Add all ingredients into a slow cooker. Mix until well combined.
- Cook on low setting for 8 hours.
