Ingredients:- 2 cups mixed berries, fresh or frozen
- ½ cup almond flour
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 oz almonds, sliced
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Lightly grease a small baking dish.
- Lay the berries on the bottom of the dish.
- In a bowl combine the almond flour, coconut oil and vanilla and mix with your hands until is creates a crumbly topping. Sprinkle over top of the berries.
- Cook for about 20 minutes if you are using fresh fruit, and 30-40 minutes if using frozen fruit.
- Serve with a side of yogurt (½ cup per serving) and topped with sliced almonds (1 oz per serving).
- (Optional step) Drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
