Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Maple Glaze

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. brussels sprouts, halved or quartered if large (6 cups)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- Heat oven to 425 degrees. Toss brussels sprouts with olive oil in a large bowl to coat; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Arrange on a large rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Stir in and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until tender.
- Drizzle with maple syrup, stirring to coat.
- Bake another 5 minutes or until glazed.
