Ingredients:
- ¼ Cup Pumpkin, pureed
- 1/4 Cup Oatmeal
- 1/8 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/4 Cup Whole Milk
- 1/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- ¼ tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Butter, melted
- Optional toppings could include: almonds, chocolate chips, pepitas etc.
- Add all ingredients into a mason jar and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- If adding optional toppings add right before serving.
