Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup banana, mashed
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup oats
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ½ tsp cloves
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 Tbsp honey
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Grease a 9 x 13 baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the banana and butter.
- Add pumpkin, vanilla, honey and eggs and mix to combine.
- Add in the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Bake for 16 - 18 minutes (until a toothpick comes out clean).
- Remove from oven and let cool for about 10 minutes.
- Cut into 10 equal pieces and enjoy!
