Pistachio Crusted Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients:
- 2 (6oz) Salmon Filets
- 2 tsp Tamari Sauce
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Avocado Oil
- 1 oz Pistachios, chopped
- Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350. Cover a baking tray with tin foil and spray with olive oil cooking spray.
- In a small bowl combine tamari sauce, honey and avocado oil. Drizzle mixture over top of the salmon. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Evenly spread the chopped pistachios over the salmons, lightly press into the flesh. Cook until fish is done throughout and flakes easily with a fork, about 15-20 minutes.
