Serving Size: 1 Tbsp
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 Tbsp coconut sugar or honey
- 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 3/4 tsp peppermint extract
- Heat milk in a small saucepan over medium-high heat until milk starts to steam.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low heat and add the sugar or honey and cocoa powder and mix until fully dissolved.
- Remove saucepan from heat and add the peppermint extract.
- Store creamer in a sealed jar in the refrigerator and use within 1 week.
