Ingredients:
- 1 slice whole wheat bread, toasted
- 1/4 cup avocado, mashed
- 1/4 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 2 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tsp fresh basil, chopped
- Mash the avocado until smooth and spread on the toast. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
- Top your toast with the remaining ingredients. Enjoy!
