Ingredients:
- 1 lb London Broil
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Celery Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Rosemary
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- ¾ Cup Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- Add all ingredients to a large Ziploc bag. Mix together until well blended. Add your uncooked meat to the marinade and seal the bag.
- Marinate in the refrigerator 2 hours or overnight.
- Place the meat in a shallow pan to cook. (With this cut of meat, cooking times and temperatures differ depending on the thickness.) Roast/Broil according to your personal preference.
