Honey Garlic Chicken & Broccoli Slaw

Each serving contains: 2 proteins, 1 carb, 2 veg, 1 fat
Ingredients:
- 6 oz chicken breast, cubed
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 cups broccoli slaw*
- ½ cup quinoa, cooked
- 2 tsp tamari
Directions:
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, cook the chicken, garlic and olive oil over medium heat.
- When chicken is almost cooked all the way through, about 3-4 minutes on each side, add the honey. Cook until browned.
- Put the broccoli slaw in a serving bowl and top with quinoa.
- Top the slaw and quinoa with the chicken.
- Add tamari and enjoy.
