Ingredients:
- 2 (6 oz) Mackerel Fillets
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- Juice from ½ a Lemon
- Sea Salt and Pepper
- 1 tsp Honey
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking tray with tin foil and lay the fish on top. Sprinkle with salt
- In a small bowl mix the lemon juice, garlic, pepper and honey.
- Pour this mixture over the mackerel and roast in the oven for about 8-10 minutes or until the skin gets crispy.
