- ½ Cup Avocado, Sliced
- 1/4 Cup Grapefruit, Peeled and Seeded
- 1/4 Cup Cooked Quinoa
- 3 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 3 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds
- 2 oz Feta Cheese
- 1 Cup Spinach
- 2 Tbsp Homemade Vinaigrette
- ½ Cup Olive Oil
- 2 Tsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- ¼ Tsp Salt
- 1/8 Tsp Pepper
- Place quinoa at the bottom of the bowl.
- Add the rest if the ingredients on top.
- Drizzle the vinaigrette on top. Enjoy!
