Ingredients:
- 1½ cups avocado, peeled, pitted and mashed
- ½ lime, juiced
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ cup onion, diced
- ¼ cup corn, thawed
- 1 ½ Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 cup roma tomatoes, diced
- ½ tsp garlic, minced
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper to taste
- In a bowl, mash together avocado, lime juice and salt.
- Mix in the onion, corn, tomatoes, garlic and cayenne pepper.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour for best flavor.
