Ingredients:
- 2 cups apples, sliced
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 4 tsp butter
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- Cut apples into 1/4 -inch thick slices.
- Place in a lidded baking dish and add the lemon juice and cinnamon. Toss until apples are coated.
- Dot butter on the apples.
- Cover the dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until apples are tender. Let stand for 10 minutes then gently mix, covering the apples with the juice that has formed on the bottom. Serve warm.
