Ingredients:
- 1 cup olive oil
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp honey
- ¼ cup tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp tamari sauce
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until very smooth.
- Keep refrigerated.
