Ingredients:
- 2 oz elbows, uncooked. (if using mini bow-tie, 3/4 cup uncooked)
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 1 cup diced red or white onion
- 1 cup diced celery
- 6 oz tuna
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp dried dill
- Bring a large pot of water to boil. Cook Pasta until al dente. Stir in peas and cook 30 seconds – 1 minute. Drain pasta and peas. If you want room temperature Pasta salad, don’t rinse. If you want cold Pasta Salad, rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl stir in cooked pasta and peas together with remaining ingredients until everything is evenly coated in sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
