Ingredients
- ¼ cup red onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp coconut palm sugar
- ¼ tsp dried dill
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp white vinegar
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients together in a small mason jar and shake.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
