Ingredients:
- 4 cups broccoli, chopped
- 2 cups apples, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 8 Tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- Place the broccoli, apples, red onion and sunflower seeds in a large mixing bowl.
- In a small dish mix the ingredients for the dressing and then drizzle over the broccoli and apple mixture. Toss to coat evenly.
- Divide into 4 equal servings.
