Ingredients:
- 1 cup Brown Rice, cooked and warm
- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
- 1 tsp Butter
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Orange Zest, finely grated
- ¼ tsp Sea Salt
- ½ cup Whole Milk
- 1 ½ tsp Maple Syrup
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Cherries, unsweetened, halved
- In a medium bowl, combine Rice, Chia Seeds, Coconut Oil, Butter, Cinnamon, Orange Zest and Sea Salt. Divide into 2 bowls.
- In a small pan, bring Milk and Maple Syrup to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in Vanilla. Drizzle the mixture over each bowl and top with Cherries, dividing equally.
