Ingredients:
- 2 cups Mango, sliced
- 2 cups Tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 cup Red Onion, sliced
- 1 tsp Sugar in the Raw
- 2 tsp Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp White Vinegar
- Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
- Fresh Cilantro for garnish
- In a small dish whisk together Sugar, Lime juice, Olive Oil, Vinegar, Salt and Pepper. Set aside.
- Place Mangos, Tomatoes and Onions in a large bowl and drizzle dressing on top. Toss to combine. Garnish with Cilantro before serving.
- Divide into 4 equal servings.
