Ingredients:
- ¼ cup oatmeal, uncooked
- ¼ cup whole milk
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 3 Tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp maple syrup
- ¼ cup blueberries
- In a mason jar, add oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, coconut oil and maple syrup. Put the lid on and shake the jar until well combined.
- Remove the lid and stir in the blueberries.
- Put the lid back on the jar and refrigerate overnight or up to 2 days.
- Eat chilled.
