Ingredients:
- ½ cup almond milk
- ¼ cup blueberries (frozen)
- ¼ cup ice
- 3 Tbsp coconut (unsweetened, shredded)
- ¼ cup strawberries, sliced
- 2 oz sliced almonds
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- Blend almond milk, ice & blueberries in a blender until smooth.
- Add coconut and blend until well incorporated.
- Pour into a serving bowl and top with chia seeds, strawberries & sliced almonds. Serve immediately.
