Ingredients:
- ¼ cup oatmeal
- ½ cup almond milk
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup blackberries
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp shredded coconut
- Combine all the ingredients together into a mason jar, cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve cold.
