Berry/Hemp Seed Porridge

Ingredients:- ½ cup water
- ½ cup almond milk
- 3 Tbsp hemp seeds (raw/shelled)
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp flax seed meal
- ½ tsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 cup berries
- In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients except the berries. Stir well and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Continue stirring and reduce heat to medium-low.
- Allow porridge to simmer until it thickens, about 2-4 minutes.
- Pour into serving bowl, top with berries and serve immediately.
