Ingredients:
- 1 Slice Whole Grain Toast
- ½ Cup Hummus
- ½ Cup Avocado, sliced
- Sea salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
- Spread the hummus on the toast and top with sliced avocado, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
