- ½ cup butternut squash, diced and roasted
- ½ cup red onion, finely diced
- ¼ cup quinoa, cooked
- ¼ cup green apple, diced
- 3 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 3 oz grilled chicken
- 2 Tbsp GOLO dressing
- Place all ingredients in a salad bowl and toss to combine.
