Ingredients:
- ¼ cup quinoa, cooked
- ½ cup whole milk
- ¼ cup apple, chopped
- 1 oz pecans, chopped
- 1 ½ Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp butter
- ½ tsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- In a sauce pan heat milk, butter, maple syrup, chopped apples and cinnamon until warm, do not boil.
- Lay cooked quinoa in a bowl. Once the milk and apples mixture is warm, pour over-top of the quinoa.
- Top with pecans & hemp seeds. Enjoy!
