Mark's Commercial Success

At 246 lbs., Mark didn't like the way he looked and avoided having his picture taken at all costs. He thought he was eating relatively healthy and exercising regularly but still wasn't losing weight. When Mark saw other guys his age who were thin, he felt like he was cursed.

Mark also had trouble sleeping, but it was during one of those restless nights that he saw a GOLO commercial.

"I was up late watching TV because I couldn't sleep and saw Sholeh's GOLO commercial. She said before she tried GOLO she was exercising an hour a day and not losing weight, which struck me. I thought, that's my story too!"

However, a little voice in his head told him that he probably couldn’t afford it. 

“But then I saw Michael’s GOLO commercial. He said he spent thousands on other diets that didn’t work, but with GOLO, he spent a couple hundred bucks and finally lost weight. That got me to the website, and I ordered.” 

Once he started taking Release®, Mark’s sleep improved immediately and he didn’t feel hungry after meals. But the biggest confirmation that he was on the right track was when he stepped on the scale. 

“That first week I got on the scale and I couldn’t believe it. I was already starting to lose weight and inches around my waist.”

The more he stuck with the GOLO Plan, the better he felt. He was more alert at work and no longer felt tired when he took the stairs up to the third floor of his office.

Thanks to GOLO’s back-to-basics approach to eating, Mark's relationship with food also changed for the better. He learned that part of the reason he didn’t lose weight before was because he ate when he was bored. And now he believes he can keep the weight off because he finally knows how to eat.

“I think for me personally, it's just trusting the process. Stick with what’s worked. If I do that, why would I gain weight again?”

After losing 97 lbs. in 12 months, Mark couldn't be more proud of what he's accomplished, and his outlook on life has improved as well.

“I used to be so embarrassed about how I looked. But my self-image is so much better now, and I’m more comfortable in my own skin. I had no idea I could lose this much weight, but thanks to GOLO, I am living a happier, healthier life!”

Now, Mark has a commercial of his own and hopes to inspire others to follow his path and achieve their weight loss goals.
