Kimberly: 67 pounds lighter and over the moon

Kimberly got married in June of ‘22, and while she couldn’t be happier with her love life, she wasn’t thrilled about how she looked in her wedding pictures. Thankfully, this motivated her to make a change.

“At the time, my body ached, I wasn’t active, and I didn’t want to do much. I was very self-conscious. When I looked at my wedding pictures, I knew it was time to get serious about losing weight.”

She’d seen GOLO® commercials before and liked that the testimonials were from regular people, not celebrity endorsers. Within the first week, Kimberly could see why so many people were able to find success.

"Following the GOLO for Life® Plan was convenient and easy, so I never had to worry about what to cook. And now I don’t need a 'cheat day' because I eat food that I love."

Kimberly got off to a great start and was thrilled with her results.

“Within the first week, I already lost weight, and it felt amazing.”

That early success motivated her to keep going, and one year later, she had dropped 67 lbs. But the transformation wasn’t just physical — it was emotional, too.

“Now I feel like I can smile and be proud of what I’ve done for myself. I feel pretty again. I’m just over the moon.”

Kimberly's story isn't just about pounds lost — it's about confidence gained.

“After losing weight on GOLO, I have way more confidence. I have always had an outgoing personality, but when I was bigger, I held myself back. Now, I’m just so much happier!”

With newfound energy and a healthier body, Kimberly started enjoying life again — walking, biking, sleeping better, and feeling years younger. This has helped her maintain her goal weight for over two years and counting! And perhaps the best part? At her son’s wedding, she was truly happy with how she looked.”

“I am living, I am so happy, and I have so many positive things to say about the GOLO Plan!” GOLO for life? For Kimberly, there’s no doubt.
