
Kim Reclaimed Her Life

Kim's biggest challenge with weight loss was her habit of late-night snacking on the sofa. She worried that halting her snacking habit would leave a void and make dieting feel unbearable. That fear held her back and made her hesitant to commit to any plan. Finding Balance
Finding time to care for herself while raising her very active children was one of Kim's biggest struggles.
