Ingredients:
- 3 ½ Cups Cauliflower Rice, uncooked
- 1 Cup Pineapple, diced
- ½ Cup Green Beans, chopped
- ¼ Cup Coconut Aminos or Tamari Sauce
- ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
- Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
- ¼ Cup Green Onions, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 400°
- Spread all of the ingredients, except the Green Onions and Coconut Aminos (or Tamari Sauce), evenly on a large baking sheet and sprinkle with Salt and Pepper.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Toss the ingredients on the tray and return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven to transfer into a large bowl.
- Add the Coconut Aminos (or Tamari Sauce) and Green Onions and mix until well combined.
- Separate into 4 equal servings
