GOLO's customer support team is available Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm EST, to assist you with any questions. Please note: Our Customer Service representatives are not trained medical professionals and therefore cannot provide medical advice. All orders can be tracked online. Tracking instructions will be provided in your order and shipping-confirmation email.
GOLO ships all orders the next business day if possible. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FEDEX or other comparable shippers. We offer free priority shipping on all first time orders to all US addresses (2-3 day delivery). Shipping to Canada is $15.00 and does not include duties & taxes – these fees will be due to your post office when your package arrives. Reorders are shipped standard with a 5-7 day delivery time. Credit cards will not be charged unless inventory is available and the order is ready to be shipped.
Telephone Calls & Call Recording:
When you place an order with GOLO, you will be asked to provide us with a telephone number where we can reach you. Your telephone number is required so that GOLO can reach you with informational calls related to your orders. All calls to and from GOLO may be monitored or recorded for quality and training purposes.
If you chose a payment plan for your order, your credit card will be charged for the first payment at the time of order. The 2nd payment will be charged 30 calendar days after the time of order. The 3rd and final payment will be applied 60 calendar days after the time of order. Once your payments are complete, no further charges will be assessed on this order.
30-Day Risk Free Trial Offer:
If you chose the 30-Day Risk Free Trial, your credit card will be charged .01 at the time the order is placed so that we can verify the card is valid. The 2nd and final payment of $49.94 will be charged 30 calendar days after the time of order. Once this payment is complete, no further charges will be assessed on this order. Should you decide you would like to return, you must contact GOLO by phone or email for a Return Authorization and return instructions before the 2nd payment processes. GOLO, LLC backs all products including Release® with a 60-day money back guarantee on your first order. The 60-day period begins on the day that your package is received. If you wish to make a return, please contact us at (800) 730-GOLO (4656) within the first 60 days of receiving your order for a return authorization number and return instructions. 60-day guarantee is good for first time orders only, limit one per customer. Please contact us to ensure that you are eligible for a refund before returning your product to GOLO; returned items that are not eligible for return will not be mailed back to the customer. Please note: in order to receive a full refund, all items returned must be complete. For example, if you are returning a GOLO Rescue Plan, all booklets must be included in your return along with remaining supplements if applicable, in order to receive a complete refund. All requests for refunds and returns must be made within 60 days of the receipt of your package. Your return must be postmarked within 7 days after the return instructions have been issued to you. All orders are shipped out the following business day after order. Requests for order cancellation must be made either by phone or email before 10am EST on the day of shipment. If a request is made after this time, we are unable to stop shipment and the standard return procedure as noted above should be followed in order to receive a full refund.
Please note: GOLO does not pay for return shipping fees. Packages that are returned without a return authorization number and/or packages refused by the customer at the time of delivery will have a return shipping fee deducted from the refund: GOLO Diet Booklets only - $5.00 deduction; Release supplements, GOLO Rescue Plans & all other GOLO products- $12.00 deduction. To ensure proper credit to your account, GOLO recommends that you obtain tracking information on your return package. Please save your shipping receipt until your refund has been received. Refunds are processed within 7 - 10 business days of receipt. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Credits may take up to 48 hours to appear in your account once they have been processed. Please refer to your financial institution for questions regarding this time frame. GOLO is not responsible for any bank or credit card fees that you may incur. Refunds issued by paper check will be sent via US mail. If you have further questions, please call Customer Support at 1-800-730-4656.
Not For Resale:
The resale and/or repackaging of GOLO Products is unauthorized and prohibited. GOLO Products are only sold directly by GOLO, LLC; GOLO does not have any authorized resellers. Accordingly, GOLO, LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, exemplary, incidental, special, consequential or other damages arising out of or in any way related to your purchase of products from any entity other than GOLO, LLC directly.
The content, information, designs, materials, functions and data included in and contained on the www.golo.com website (the "Content"), and the products and services marketed for sale on the www.golo.com website (the "Products") are protected by intellectual property and other laws. You must comply with these and any other applicable laws when you use the Content, or purchase or use the Products.
Unless indicated to the contrary and subject to your strict compliance with these terms, you may purchase, access and use the Content and the Products only for personal, noncommercial use, and in connection with your authorized purchase of our products. Becoming a member:
